Booking

All massages are by appointment only.  We do not book same day appointments.  To request a mobile massage delivery, please text 804-933-1506. 

Booking Policy

  • We require at least 2 weeks notice to book a Spa Party, Couples Massage or On-site Chair Massage and must be secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Host must be at least 21 years of age.
  • We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Zelle or Cash App ($massageloftrva) as methods of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify your massage therapist at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time.
  • Same day cancellations will require pre-payment to reschedule another appointment and must be paid at the time of booking.  If payment is not received at the time of booking, the appointment will not be booked and all future bookings will be suspended until paid. 

Service Policy 

  • Please advise your massage therapist of any last minute changes, special accommodations, parking permits, fees, access codes.  Additional charges may apply.
  • Your massage therapist will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your massage session to set-up.  We recommend preparing a quiet space on a main floor of at least 8x10 sq ft for your massage (per massage therapist).  Please secure any pets prior to the arrival of your therapist. 
  • We kindly ask that anyone receiving a massage is present prior to the start time booked for your massage session as your massage therapist will begin and end on time.  Late arrivals by you or your guests will not pause or delay your scheduled massage time.   Massage time may be shortened if you or your guests are late.  This is to ensure that massage appointments following yours are fairly accommodated. 

Medical Contraindications

  • Massage therapy may be contraindicated for certain medical conditions.  Please inform your massage therapist, prior to your session, of any participants with existing medical conditions such as injuries w/ inflammation present, major surgeries less than 6 weeks post op, autoimmune disorders, open wounds/rash/scars/infectious disease, cold/flu/illness, allergies or 1st trimester pregnancy as we are unable to perform massage on these guests. We kindly ask that this is clearly communicated to all guests receiving massage to avoid any misunderstandings and disappointments. 

Respect Massage 

  • We strive to create an honest, safe & inclusive massage experience with all of our clients and expect the same. Massage Therapy isn’t (s)ex work nor should it be misrepresented or misconstrued as such.  Any illegal requests, inappropriate suggestions, jokes or aggressive behavior toward your massage therapist & business partners will immediately terminate service, prohibit all future bookings and be reported to local law enforcement.  So please be educated, be respectful & be nice.
